My journey in the world of fitness began 19 years ago. From martial arts to CrossFit and running, I’ve accumulated a wealth of experience that has shaped fitness into a lifestyle I live by every single day.

For the past 11 years, I’ve joined training camps across various countries — but Thailand has always been my favorite. Its perfect environment for physical and mental growth made it my ultimate training destination.

Even before I appeared on social media, I led private training groups and helped many people transform their lives through sport. Today, I’m sharing this life-changing experience with you through a uniquely designed program that blends:
